Tomocube (https://tomocube.com) will present their HT-X1 Plus system. The system combines Holotomography (HT), a 3D label free imaging technique, and spinning disk confocal. HT is a gentle imaging technique, where the tissue is illuminated with very low power visible light at various illumination angles. Similar to standard phase contrast, HT uses the intrinsic differences in refractive index (RI) as contrast method. The system is best suited for gentle long term imaging of different samples from cell to whole organisms (see also https://tomocube.com/applications).
If you want to bring your sample, we kindly ask to join the online seminar on the 22.01.2026 and contact Reza Pari-Nejad (reza.p@tomocube.com). The demo will be in a room of the Facility for Light Microscopy, Fassberg, Campus, Goettingen.
